If you are familiar with residential real estate transactions in New York State you are probably familiar with the New York State Disclosure Form for Buyer and Seller.
New York State Licencees are required to explain the nature of the relationship they will have acting as an agent. They will provide clients and customers with a disclosure form that will explain in detail the different agency relationships and they will be asked to sign a copy for the agents records.
